Both options are available. Our office is at 10 Milner Business Court in Scarborough, and we welcome in-person meetings. We also work with clients across Ontario entirely online — video calls, secure document sharing through Verifyle, and email.

Typically within one to two weeks of our initial consultation. For urgent matters — like a CRA audit notice, an overdue return, or an upcoming deadline — we’ll do our best to prioritize and move faster.
